omap3isp: preview: apply user settings immediately when stream is off If the stream is not running then apply users configuration changes immediately. Code was previously waiting till the first interrupt to apply changes. This meant that changes were applied to the 2nd frame but not the 1st frame. Signed-off-by: Dominic Curran <dcurran@ti.com>
