ARM: shmobile: defconfig: Update shmobile_defconfig

Update the defconfig for Renesas ARM systems:
  - Enable CONFIG_WERROR to compile the kernel with warnings as errors,
  - Disable CONFIG_DRM_DISPLAY_HDCP_HELPER (auto-enabled since commit
    3166e7e6d935caae ("drm: Switch DRM_DISPLAY_HDCP_HELPER to depends
    on")),
  - Disable CONFIG_DRM_DISPLAY_HDMI_HELPER (auto-enabled since commit
    f6d2dc03fa8546b2 ("drm: Switch DRM_DISPLAY_HDMI_HELPER to depends
    on")).
