Fix up the uapi/linux include scheme. In adopting this uapi header file (without kernel internals), I previously messed up on the apparent location of the files. Thanks to Tom Gundersen for the clarification. Also, delete the non-uapi copies of things since they are no longer needed to build the library and tools.
