Move plugin .so to /usr/lib/libibverbs This fixes multiple lintian warnings such as package-name-doesnt-match-sonames, pkg-has-shlibs-control-file-but-no-actual-shared-libs etc. Signed-off-by: Roland Dreier <roland@purestorage.com>
