Changes since libtracefs 1.4.0:

 - Fix documentation typo

 - sqlhist: Fix labels being ignored for synthetic event field

 - sqlhist: Allow same event to be both the start and end event

 - sqlhist: Fix build when sqlhist.c already exists

 - sqlhist: Build libtracefs.a when needed

 - sqlhist: Use unique names for labels as the kernel requires them to be
            unique

 - sqlhist: Report errors when executing commands

 - Set some functions to visibility to 'internal' from 'hidden'
