These are:
* Intel TH/MSU: improved resource handling and releasing

* Intel TH: added a PCI ID for Broxton-M SOC
intel_th: pci: Add Broxton-M SOC support
This adds Intel(R) Trace Hub PCI ID for Broxton-M SOC.
