Fix PowerPC format string warnings __SANE_USERSPACE_TYPES__ must be defined before <linux/types.h> is included. Hence this patch that moves the definition of that macro into the source files that need it. Signed-off-by: Bart Van Assche <bvanassche@acm.org>
