| Subject: ARM: shmobile: Add Koelsch clock workarounds for SDHI |

| Add SDHI0, SDHI1 and SDHI2 to the clock workaround list for |
| Koelsch multiplatform. Without these additional lines wakeup |
| from Suspend-to-RAM never happens. |
