arm64: dts: r8a7795es2: Add Renesas R8A7795 ES2.0 SoC Support Add basic support for the R-Car H3 ES2.0 SoC: - PSCI, - CPU cores and L2 caches, - Architecture timer, GIC, and PMU, - Basic clocks, - Reset and system controllers, - Watchdog, - SCIF2, - Product register, - GPIO and Pin Function Controller, - Ethernet AVB.
