arm64: dts: r8a7795-salvator-xs: Add R-Car H3 ES3.0 (4 x 2 GiB) support

This patch adds initial support for the Renesas Salvator-X 2nd version
development board equipped with an R-Car H3 ES3.0 SiP of 8GiB (4 x 2 GiB)
memory model.

The memory map is as follows:
    Bank0: 2GiB RAM : 0x000048000000 -> 0x000bfffffff
    Bank1: 2GiB RAM : 0x000500000000 -> 0x0057fffffff
    Bank2: 2GiB RAM : 0x000600000000 -> 0x0067fffffff
    Bank3: 2GiB RAM : 0x000700000000 -> 0x0077fffffff
