orangefs: four fixes from Zhang Xiaoxu and two from Colin Ian King
Zhang: fixed problems with memory leaks on exit in sysfs and debufs.

When insert and remove the orangefs module, there are memory leaked

Use the golbal variable as the buffer rather than dynamic allocate to
slove the problem.
