[BUGFIX] wifi: iwlwifi: rename IWL_NUM_CHANNELS to IWL_NUM_CHANNELS_V3
This change maintain consistency with the existing
versions (V1, V2) and clarify that this constant
represents the channel count for version 3 of the
regulatory structure. This change also removes
ambiguity with the IWL_NUM_CHANNELS macro defined
in the dvm driver.
