iwlwifi: trans_slave: change debug level of some prints
Notifiying about bus being idle/active should have
the same level as other similar prints in the function -
INFO rather than RPM.

this was requested for d0i3 / Sofia LTE testing, as the RPM level
spits too many logs for it, which results various timeouts.
