load_tpm2_key: add new command to load a key file to a NV handle In order to use restricted keys as parents, they have to be loaded into the TPMs NV handle area, so introduce a new command to do that. Signed-off-by: James Bottomley <James.Bottomley@HansenPartnership.com>
