sp204: add -dNOSAFER to gs

The newer gs or cups printers refuse to write the -sOutputFile to the
temporary directory unless -dNOSAFER is specified. Apparently
something has happened to trigger safe mode in cups and without this
the filter will no-longer send any output to the printer.
