fsveritysetup: salt format update Use the variable-length salt extension instead of the fixed-length salt field in the fsverity_footer; the latter is removed. Also use no salt by default, rather than 8 bytes of zeroes. Signed-off-by: Eric Biggers <ebiggers@google.com>
