Consolidation of Kconfig files by Christoph Hellwig.

Move the source statements of arch-independent Kconfig files instead of
duplicating the includes in every arch/$(SRCARCH)/Kconfig.

kconfig: add a Memory Management options" menu

This moves all the options under a proper menu.
