FROMLIST: sched/debug: Add support for displaying task's core_cookie
Needed by tast test which checks if cookies are setup correctly for
tasks.
This patch only borrows the debug bits from the upstream patch below.
The rest of the upstream code is not backportable or needed at the
moment.
