- Cleanups from Jingoo Han, Axel Lin, Wei Jongjun,
Wolfram Sang, Tushar Behera, Sachin Kamat and Yijing Wang.
Gpio/trivial: replace numeric with standard PM state macros
Use standard PM state macros PCI_Dx instead of numeric 0/1/2..
