SAMSUNG S5P/Exynos SoC series System Registers (SYSREG)

Properties:
 - compatible : should contain "samsung,<chip name>-sysreg", "syscon";
   For Exynos4 SoC series it should be "samsung,exynos4-sysreg", "syscon";
 - reg : offset and length of the register set.
