Enablement:
* Add PFC and GPIO to r8a7796 SoC
* Enable DU and USB 2.0 on r8a7795/salvator-x board
* Add VTP, FCPV, FCPF and FDP1 to r8a7795 SoC
* Set maximum frequency for SDHI clocks on r8a7795 SoC
arm64: dts: r8a7796: Add GPIO device nodes
