rbd: adjust queue limits for "fancy" striping In order to take full advantage of merging in ceph_file_to_extents(), allow object set sized I/Os. If the layout is not "fancy", an object set consists of just one object. Signed-off-by: Ilya Dryomov <idryomov@gmail.com>
