Pull x86 cleanups from Borislav Petkov:
- Simplify inline asm flag output operands now that the minimum
compiler version supports the =@ccCOND syntax
- Remove a bunch of AS_* Kconfig symbols which detect assembler support
for various instruction mnemonics now that the minimum assembler
version supports them all
- The usual cleanups all over the place
