ARM: dts: bcm47094: Move DIR-885L GPIO regulator There is currently a GPIO in the DIR-885L DTS which is tasked with enabling VCC on the USB3 block. This is likely a misunderstanding: the USB3 block in the SoC does not have any VCC that can be controlled by a GPIO, what is likely intended is the VCC to the external USB3 PHY, so change this GPIO into a fixed regulator and connect it to the USB3 PHY instead.
