Pull SoC defconfig updates from Arnd Bergmann:
 "Only a few new drivers get enabled this time.

  The size of the defconfigs actually shrinks here, though that is only
  the result of all the Qualcomm clock drivers now being configured as
  modules by default when the corresponding platforms are enabled"
