Subject: [PATCH] rxrpc: Don't bother generating maxSkew in the ACK packet
commit e8c3af6bb33a9e4b56920ee00aef92eb5e4cf485 upstream.
Don't bother generating maxSkew in the ACK packet as it has been obsolete
since AFS 3.1.
