gen_init_cpio: Ignore fsync() returning EINVAL on pipes

The reproducer:
echo | ./usr/gen_init_cpio /dev/stdin > /dev/null

fsync() on a pipe fd returns -EINVAL, which makes gen_init_cpio fail.
Ignore -EINVAL from fsync().
