rseq: selftests: test RSEQ_FLAG_NODE_ID

Test the rseq support for current NUMA node id by enhancing
"basic_test", which iterates over all CPUs by setting affinity to a
single CPU each time.

It compares the result of reading the __rseq_abi_node_id TLS variable to
the output parameter "node" of the getcpu(2) system call.
