  "message": "[ANNOUNCE] v5.0.21-rt16\n\nDear RT folks!\n\nI\u0027m pleased to announce the v5.0.21-rt16 patch set.\n\nChanges since v5.0.21-rt15:\n\n  - Do not invoke softirq if ksoftirqd has been scheduled. This change\n    aligns softirq handling closer with mainline. A busy network driver\n    will now handover further processing to ksoftirqd. This wasn\u0027t the\n    case since the recent softirq rework.\n\nKnown issues\n     - rcutorture is currently broken on -RT.
