cgroup_path: continue to use kernfs_path (fold up) note - when folding up, put it back into cgroup.h. since cgroup_path is non-namespaced, use the old version. This also allows us to use it in various lacking contexts. Signed-off-by: Serge Hallyn <serge.hallyn@ubuntu.com>
