[NOTFORUPSTREAM] Kernel config for uti260b thermal camera

This is a slightly optimized monolithic kernel configuration
for UNI-T UTI260b thermal camera. It has drivers for the LCD,
backlight, LEDs, buttons, RTC and USB as well as the optical
camera sensor.

It is compatible with Debian / systemd and has network parts
enabled. That is useful to expose the device as USB Ethernet
device and then being able to use SSH.
