Add more branches for v4.2
Add a cleanup branch for cleanup patches (consistency fixups, typo
fixes, ...), a soc branch for core code patches and a memory branch for
memory controller related patches.
The rest of the branches so far is preparation for the EMC frequency
scaling patches. This is split into a preparatory branch, ramcode, which
contains the prerequisite patches to build both the clock and external
memory controller drivers separately. The clk and emc branches are both
based on the ramcode branch to pull in the minimal set of patches into
each tree.
