nfc_copy: Add ISO/IEC 15693 header file changes shared with kernel
ISO/IEC 15693 is a standard for vicinity cards. It allows for
communication over greater distances than NFC proximity card
standards (e.g., ISO/IEC 14443) but at lower data rates.
It is currently being considered for inclusion into the NFC
set of specifications as 'NFC-V'.
Support for ISO/IEC 15693 has been accepted by the linux kernel
community so update neard's copy of nfc.h to match the new version
in the kernel.
