Add --toplevel and --pi-toplevel to pi-indexer It is useful to be able to keep public-inbox databases separate from the git repositories. Passing --pi-toplevel should allow us to do this. Signed-off-by: Konstantin Ryabitsev <konstantin@linuxfoundation.org>
