ndctl: updates for libnd The new 'libnd' organization of the kernel enabling means that nfit specifics are pushed out of the generic core. Update libndctl to find nfit-specific attributes in an 'nfit' attribute sub-directory of an nd device. Signed-off-by: Dan Williams <dan.j.williams@intel.com>
