mmc-utils: Add secure write-protect mode enable/disable Allow toggling the SECURE_WP_EN field in the SECURE_WP_MODE_ENABLE part of Device Configuration area. Access to the Device Configuration area is regulated via Authenticated Device Configuration write request.
