Subject: [PATCH 03/15] tty: n_r3964: remove n_r3964.h
No need to have a .h file in include/linux/ for a line discipline where
the only things in it are needed by a single c file.
So move the contents (and fix the formatting at the same time) into
drivers/tty/n_r3964.c
