qemu: give up on RHEL8 in CI

They keep breaking their kernel and being difficult when I send patches
to fix it, so just give up on trying to support this in the CI. It'll
bitrot and people will complain and we'll see what happens at that
point.

WireGuard for Linux 3.10 - 5.5

WireGuard was merged into the Linux kernel for 5.6. This repository contains a backport of WireGuard for kernels 3.10 to 5.5, as an out of tree module.
