Subject: CVE-2024-45012: nouveau/firmware: use dma non-coherent allocator

Description
===========

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:

nouveau/firmware: use dma non-coherent allocator

Currently, enabling SG_DEBUG in the kernel will cause nouveau to hit a
BUG() on startup, when the iommu is enabled:

kernel BUG at include/linux/scatterlist.h:187!

Fix this by using the non-coherent allocator instead, I think there
might be a better answer to this, but it involve ripping up some of
APIs using sg lists.

Mitigation
==========

The Linux kernel CVE team recommends that you update to the latest
stable kernel version for this, and many other bugfixes. Individual
changes are never tested alone, but rather are part of a larger kernel
release. Cherry-picking individual commits is not recommended or
supported by the Linux kernel community at all. If however, updating to
the latest release is impossible, the individual changes to resolve this
issue can be found at these commits:
